Citrus Theme

The wait is over. Our next-generation premium WordPress Theme is now here – Citrus Theme. What makes Citrus Theme special, or dare we say, premium?

A color scheme for every niche and every blogger.

Multiple ColorsWhat color are you feeling today? Orange? Blue? Pink? Rotten tomato? Citrus Theme comes in not three, but six (6) beautiful color schemes, making it ready for a variety of uses in different niches and industries.

Everyone from the business blogger to the celebrity-gossip blogger will find a preferred color scheme in Citrus Theme. You can easily change the color scheme from within the WordPress Dashboard.

Two unique layouts – a “landing-style” news page and a two-column “blog-style” interior page.

Multiple LayoutsWhether you are selling a product, service, or just trying to develop your personal blog, multiple layout options means that Citrus Theme works great for many different kinds of websites and blogs.

Many bloggers and webmasters are discovering the benefits of using WordPress as a CMS (content management system). Citrus Theme is an excellent choice for people looking to do more with WordPress than just blog.

Clean, lightweight code means fast loading times.

Clean codeCitrus Theme not only looks great, it loads quick, too! Citrus Theme was developed using standard-compliant CSS and XHTML. This means lightning-fast load times, easily editable code, and maximum usability across all browsers.

We have also included our recommend list of WordPress plugins – which will allow you to enable you to take advantage of SEO and social media. These are the same plugins which we install on every new client’s blog.

Did someone say advertising management?

Advertising managementWith Citrus Theme, you can easily mange your blog’s advertising from within the Theme Options Panel.

We also built the UBD Block Ad Plugin directly into the Citrus Theme (no separate installation required) so that you can edit and automatically rotate your blog’s 125×125 sidebar advertisements. With Citrus Theme, it just got a whole lot easier to monetize your blog.

Customize your theme without touching a single line of code.

Theme OptionsNot comfortable editing source code? We don’t blame you. That’s why we developed a custom Theme Options Page for Citrus Theme!

Without touching a single line of code, you can change the color scheme, logo, layout, featured posts, advertising codes, and much more, all from within the WordPress Dashboard. We wanted to make Citrus Theme not only highly customizable, but also as easy-to-use as possible.

I got a chance to check Citrus the other day — UBD really took things up a level with this one!

Highlights include the custom color/layout/post options, but I think one of the best things is the super-easy logo-changer!

For many bloggers, a custom header/logo is the only real customization they will do in the beginning. Citrus theme will give them a more of a head start differentiating themselves, as well as make it easier for them to get a header/logo designed and implemented.

$99 is damn good for use on unlimited blogs and the video tutorials are looking great so far!

Though I’ll be getting the dev package myself ;)

By far one of the nicest themes I have seen todate guys. I honestly feel what you have built is perfect and just what the doctor has ordered for many bloggers and web publishers like myself.

Off topic, who won your contest?

  3. Nate Whitehill said on September 2nd, 2008 at 8:19 pm

Thanks for the feedback, Collin! :) The contest winners were announced here. Are you going to be at Blog World this year?

  4. Collin - Feed Flare said on September 2nd, 2008 at 8:32 pm

Hey Nate, no I will not be able to make it as I won’t be able to swing the costs which totally sucks as when I saw clips from last years my only goal I had online was to make it to that event this year.

Looks like I will have to try again next year…

  7. Nate Whitehill said on September 2nd, 2008 at 11:47 pm

Hi Satish, yes, you can use the theme for your personal blog. If you purchase the Web Developer’s package, it comes with all of the Photoshop templates so you can make even more customizations if you need to. Hope I answered your question.

Well I didn’t win the citrus theme but I was so impressed by the look of it the we did buy the multi-user package on Day 1.
I had heard that UBD offered fantastic customer service and that is what I have experienced so far.
I love the choice of colors and can see that they will be suited to a variety of both personal, niche and I can see Tangerine working well for my art site when I get that up and running again.

Thanks Nate for your wonderful service and looking forward to catching up at Blog world
